M. Sc. Ezgi Schneider Psychotherapy Practice: Tailored support for your mental health.

Cognitive behavioral therapy
- in person or online.

My Approach

Therapy is about you - your goals, your story, and your strengths. Every life situation is unique, which is why I don’t believe in "one-size-fits-all" solutions.

It is important to me that you feel safe and comfortable. Within this supportive space, we work together to break through burdensome patterns. I view my expertise as a toolkit: tailored specifically to your needs, rather than following a rigid script.

Our work is based on the principles of modern Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). For you, this means we focus on the "here and now" using evidence-based methods. My goal is to provide you with lasting tools so you can eventually become your own best support.

About Me

I am a Psychologist and licensed Psychotherapist specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for adults. My academic background in Neuro- and Clinical Psychology (from LMU Munich and Goethe University Frankfurt) provides the scientific foundation for my work.

Through my years of experience in outpatient therapy, crisis intervention, and general psychiatry, I have developed a deep expertise in supporting people through a wide range of life challenges and mental health crises.

In my practice, I combine this clinical background with an empathetic, patient-centered approach. My goal is to create a space where professional expertise meets genuine human connection, enabling you to achieve meaningful and lasting change.
