Services
Individual psychotherapy
Individual psychotherapy describes an evidence-based treatment approach for the assessment and treatment of mental health conditions. Within a protected and confidential setting, individual symptoms, underlying patterns, and distressing life events are addressed. The focus is on promoting psychological stability, reducing symptoms, and developing long-term coping strategies. My aim is for you to feel understood, supported, and sustainably accompanied throughout the therapeutic process.

Coaching
Coaching supports you in making conscious decisions, and pursuing personal as well as professional goals in a focused manner. Within a structured process, we develop individualized strategies, strengthen your resources, and open up new perspectives-particularly during phases of change, reorientation, or high responsibility. Coaching is not a therapeutic treatment and does not include psychotherapeutic diagnosis or the treatment of mental health conditions.

Group therapy
Group psychotherapy is an effective and scientifically based treatment format. Within a therapeutically guided group, several participants work together on similar psychological difficulties or themes. The group offers the opportunity to reflect on personal experiences, gain new perspectives, and practice helpful behavioral and relational patterns through exchange with others. Participation takes place within a protected and structured framework and serves as a valuable complement to individual psychotherapy.
